Payment Options
Your initial consultation with Dr Fogleman is free. Because we offer you at least 30 minutes of the doctor’s time at no charge, we ask that you contact us if you cannot make your reserved consultation time. If you do not contact us and not show up for your appt, you may be charged a $50.00 fee. We offer appointments Monday- Thursday.
Once you have decided to proceed with a procedure based on the quote that you signed, you are required to put a $500.00 non-refundable deposit down to hold a surgery date. This down payment is deducted from your total surgical price. We accept cash, major credit cards, or a cashier’s check or money orders made out to Cosmetic Surgery Center. The no-obligation quote from your consultation is guaranteed for 90 days. All surgical fees are due in full 2 weeks prior to your surgery.
Financing Options
In addition to the payment methods mentioned above, you can also consider financing through these providers. Care Credit, Cherry, PatientFi, and United Credit. Each one of these options provide a fast application process and then a safe and secure payment plans that meets your needs, based on your payment history and credit scores. You can apply to these as a “soft touch” application that does not show on a credit report, but do keep in mind that each application may affect acceptance on another company.
These options give you the chance to have your procedure soon, and pay the balance over time with the advantages of convenient monthly payment options with no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties and no annual fees.
