How do I pay for
cosmetic surgery? We require $250.00 down on the day that you schedule. The remainder of your fees are due 2 weeks in advance. We accept any major credit card, cash, or personal check.

Where are you located? We are located just south of SW 89th on the west side of Pennsylvania. We are in our own beautiful facility. Look for the Cosmetic Surgery Center sign out front. See MAP.
Where do you do surgeries? Here in our own state of the art facility. We have our own operating room and our own recovery room.
How much does surgery cost? We will have to meet with you in order to give you the most accurate information. That is why we offer a FREE consultation. This also gives you the opportunity to meet the doctors and the staff.
How long will I need to take off of work? Again, once we can meet with you, we can give you much more accurate information. Many of our procedures require little to no down time to as much as two weeks depending on the particular procedure.
When do you take appointments? We are here Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

How long does it take to get in? We can get you in for consultation very quickly. It may be anywhere from 1-4 weeks before we can
perform the cosmetic plastic surgery, depending on what time of year it is.
How do you pronounce the doctor's names? Dr. Benien is pronounced BA-NEEN. Dr. Cohn is pronounced CONE.
